Data & methodology
Dates and disclosures are useful when their evidence and limits stay visible.
Catalyst sources
Curated catalysts cite company announcements, FDA materials, or SEC filings. Trial milestones come from ClinicalTrials.gov. A study’s estimated completion date is not the date of its results announcement.
Keep the source’s precision
Exact dates appear on the calendar. Month, quarter, half-year, and annual guidance remain expected windows. Updates can change or withdraw a catalyst. Unreviewed research entries carry an AI label.
Things of Interest
Congressional reports are drawn from a free public disclosure provider and checked daily. The page credits that provider, reports its coverage, and links to the available source. Transaction dates differ from disclosure dates; ranges are not precise trade values or share volumes. Reports may involve a spouse, dependent, trust, or adviser. The named filer is not necessarily the person who placed a trade.
Influencer statements require a linked original public statement and are labeled self-reported. There is no comprehensive verified influencer feed. Institutional holdings snapshots alone are not treated as proof of buys or sells.
Freshness and coverage
Check the date and evidence on each record. Hosted calendar data may be a curated snapshot; an available page does not mean every source has been refreshed. Activity coverage is a limited recent window, not every congressional transaction.
