Public catalyst records are available as JSON. Account data requires the signed-in user’s session.

Public endpoints

  • GET /api/companies: tracked companies and next catalyst.
  • GET /api/companies/:ticker: company profile and pipeline.
  • GET /api/events?from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD&types=readout,pdufa&tickers=MRNA: source-linked events.
  • GET /api/events/:id: one event.
  • GET /api/search?q=: company search.
  • GET /api/status: cache and sync status.

Stock links

Price and reaction endpoints return HTTP 410 with a Yahoo Finance link. Legacy numeric price fields in company responses are null and sparklines are empty. Price calculations are no longer part of the public service.

Private lists

/api/me/lists supports GET and POST; /api/me/lists/:id supports PUT and DELETE. A list contains a name, known company tickers, and event types. Every operation checks the authenticated owner. Account responses use no-store caching.

Activity data rights

Things of Interest displays third-party records with attribution. The activity status endpoint returns coverage metadata only. Raw provider records are not redistributed through our public API.

Feeds and limits

Public catalyst ICS and Atom feeds remain available. Private account feed URLs are bearer links: keep them private. Rate-limited requests return 429. Third-party source material retains its own rights.
